Sell the whole chain instead of the first half of it — without building anything yourself.
Client Intake Solutions is the AI intake layer you provision for your advertisers — the piece out-of-home has always had to hand back. We handle the technology. You bring the client relationship. Together you give them something no other out-of-home company in your market offers: a response answered in ninety seconds, documented, and delivered as a customer ready to work.
You provision. We deliver. Your advertisers renew.
Your advertiser relationships and inventory
We don’t sell directly to advertisers. You are the relationship. You decide which clients get access and when.
The intake platform and the AI specialist that answers
We provision intake flows per advertiser, per market. Every response on every placement is tracked back to that exact face.
Proof — board-level results they can take to their boss
They see which placements produce signed cases. They renew the ones that work. They buy more. You own that conversation.
An upgrade to what you already sell — and a new revenue line that comes with it.
This is not a new business to stand up. It is a better version of the product you already have: the same faces, the same contracts, the same crews — now finished at the other end. Your advertiser gets something no other out-of-home company in your market can hand them, and you get paid for what happens after the drive-by. The system behind it is running in production today, not a roadmap promise.
You get paid for what happens after the drive-by
For the first time the value created downstream of your board belongs to the company that owns the board. It is recurring, it is monthly, and it rides on inventory that is already sold and already up. No new inventory to build and nothing to finance. Rates are set per partnership and we quote them on the call.
All we need is addresses and creative
Send us the placements you want covered and the creative already running on them. That is the entire lift on your side. No new prospect list, no separate pitch meeting, no inventory reallocated, no technology to run, and no truck roll — your rep adds one line to the contract they are already writing, and we give them the language for it.
No inventory given up
It displaces nothing on your rate card and takes no face out of rotation. It is a new line, not a trade against something you could otherwise sell.
You stop having to say “that part is on you”
Every out-of-home rep has had to tell a buyer to handle their own intake, and that they cannot say what volume to expect or how to prepare for it. That is the moment the buy starts feeling like a gamble. It is also the moment you now get to answer differently.
The specialist arrives as a gift from you
Your advertiser gets the ALEC, AXEL, or STAN rollout for their industry, answering under their own brand. We market it to them for you, so it arrives as something you provided rather than a second thing your people have to go sell.
A differentiated offer in every advertiser conversation.
A category-level advantage
Your competitors sell impressions. You offer measurable intake attribution.
Faster, stronger renewals
When an advertiser can show their boss that boards signed cases, renewal is a data conversation — not a negotiation.
Co-branding, down to the client
The partnership is co-branded with your company — and every advertiser can have the app and funnel under their own brand: the injury firm’s name on its intake app, the window company’s name on its quote funnel. To their competitors it looks custom-built — underneath, it’s powered by us.
No new tech team required
We handle all provisioning, intake configuration, and support. You bring the client. We make it work.
Lead management, included — or handed off
A CRM is built in. Dealerships and contractors run on ours as a managed lead desk, so an advertiser without one is not left holding leads in an inbox. Law firms almost always keep their own case system, so for those we push straight through to it — we create and attribute the lead, they work it where they already work.
The only platform of its kind built for billboard companies.
Five integrated capabilities. One partnership. Deployed per advertiser, per market, per industry.
Tracking
Per-placement tracked entry points with tap and call logging — every response tied to the exact board.
Metrics & reporting
Per-client, per-board reporting you deliver to your advertisers — by placement, by outcome.
AI intake you roll out by industry
Industry-specific guided flows you deploy to your advertisers — the ALEC rollout for legal, the AXEL rollout for car dealerships, and the STAN rollout for all six home-services trades. Each is advertiser-facing collateral, co-brandable to your company.
Customer management
Per-advertiser accounts with scoped data, client-level co-branding on white-labelable vertical apps, and multi-industry support.
Attribution
Signed outcomes traced to the exact placement. One confirmed customer. One board face. Your renewal conversation.
This is what we ask of you.
Do you have to build anything?
No — we handle all technology, hosting, and intake configuration. All you provide is advertiser contact info and the board placements you want tracked.
How do you provision a new advertiser?
A short onboarding call with our team. We set up the intake flow and generate the QR codes; you deliver them with the placement.
Do your advertisers’ customers need an app?
No — intake is mobile web. The person completes it in under 90 seconds, no app, no account.
Which industries can you roll out?
Legal (the ALEC rollout, live), car dealerships (the AXEL rollout, final testing), and all six home-services trades (the STAN rollout, final testing) run on one funnel. Real estate is in development. Each is collateral you deploy to your own advertisers — not a product they buy from us directly. See the full catalog →
How is the partnership priced?
Pricing is set per partnership and quoted on the call, based on your inventory size and advertiser mix — there is no price list to guess from. What you keep and what changes on your side is walked through before anything is signed.
What happens if an advertiser isn’t ready for a specialist yet?
Nothing changes about their placement. Nothing is forced and nothing is assumed — the specialist is theirs to take whenever they’re ready, at this renewal or the next one, and the offer stands either way.
Who supports the advertiser once it is running?
We do. Provisioning, intake configuration, hosting, and platform support are ours — your team does not become first-line support for software you did not build. You keep the advertiser relationship and the commercial conversation; we sit behind you on the technology.
Who can see the data?
Every advertiser account is scoped to its own data, and you see your own book across every advertiser and placement you have live. Personal information collected during an intake is handled under our privacy policy and the terms your advertiser agrees to at intake. How the record is treated contractually — retention, portability, and what happens to your history if you ever leave — is written into the partnership agreement, and we walk through it line by line before you sign rather than summarizing it on a web page.
What has to change on the board itself?
The placement carries an entry point — a tracked number, or a tap target where scanning is genuinely safe (transit shelters, walk-ups, print). The artwork concept, the lease, and the flight are otherwise unchanged. Sizing and placement on the face need to suit the viewing distance, so we spec it with you per placement type before anything goes to print.
